Our car broke down on a cross country trip and we had to leave it in Twin Falls, Idaho for repairs while we rented a car and drove to our destination. It was considerably cheaper to have Mercury Auto Transport pick it up and bring to Arizona than us flying back to Idaho and spending 2 days on the road to bring it to Arizona. I cannot express how thankful I am to have chosen them based on a recommendation by a friend who had used them previously. Several other transport companies did contact me, most had people that sounded like they were in a call center and were hard to understand, most were higher in price. I felt confident working with William Kuchtiak from Mercury Auto Transport as he kept me well informed during the entire process, additionally the driver of the truck did the same after he picked up the car. Should I ever need to have an auto shipped in the future I would not consider any other company than Mercury Auto Trannsport.
