I want to thank Spencer Thomas for his excellent customer service when I had my Nissan altima shipped from SC to DC. With all of the options available, the process was so overwhelming and I needed to find a company I could trust. He did not bombard me with emails and texts like some of the other companies. He sent detailed emails explaining the process and only reached back out to me to see if I needed more clarification on how the process worked. Once he found a driver, the process was very smooth. The driver arrived within 5 minutes of the time that he said that he was going to arrive. He could not park on my street so he unloaded my car and drove it to my house and parked it directly in front of my door. If I ever have to ship another vehicle, I will certainly call Spencer
