I chose Mercury due to volume of pleased customers. Due to the rural nature of both vehicle pickup and delivery locations, it took 6 days for a carrier to bid on my transfer. Scott Hawley was thorough in explanations as was their website. June Carroll was gracious and helpful. Delivery was 2 days early! Nice! My advice: Be patient, the system works well.
