From the second I contacted Ronnie, he was professional, courteous and honest. He gave me a quote that was almost exact (the transport companies bid on a listed price so they will only bid if the amount offered is reasonable or better). I needed pickup on a specific day and in the afternoon due to some extenuating circumstances and Ronnie was able to accommodate. They let me know who the driver was going to be along with his number. On the pickup day, the driver gave us a hard time asking my daughter to meet him in weird places 35 min away with the car, then said if not, he couldn’t make it, etc. Ronnie was out of the office on that day but Dana was available and she was awesome too. The driver gave her a hard time too so she found us a different driver who came to pick up my car an hour later. All the while, Dana kept me up to date so I wasn’t wondering if this could happen. She really stepped up and took charge of the situation. She was professional, efficient and understanding.
