I shipped my daughters car from NJ to SC. Ronnie at Mercury did a fantastic job walking me thru all the details of the process and making me comfortable that Mercury had the expertise and credibility to get the job done. Ronnie was transparent about the pricing and responsive to my questions. June checked in repeatedly before during and after the transport to monitor how it was going. The carrier assigned to the job was also fantastic. They showed up on time, carefully loaded the vehicle and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Thank you all for a great customer experience.
