I went with Mercury because they were affiliated with BBB. It is kind of scary to choose a carrier as there are reports of scams galore. Andrew was very receptive and would answer back shortly after I left a message on his phone. It would be important to know how the process works as they are brokers who have to wait for the actual carriers to contact them. I got the car pickup notification relatively late but apparently, that is normal. I was worried that we might be cutting it too close but Andrew kept reassuring me that it is normal to be notified one day before or the same day. I really liked that no payment is taken till a carrier is assigned. He also made it clear that the quoted price could change depending on the carrier's interest. The whole process was transparent. Overall, I am pleased with their service and would go to them again.
