My agent, Ronnie Wrye was very diligent in keeping in contact with me. Even when he had nothing new to report, he sent text and email each day during the week leading up to my transport date to make sure I did not feel forgotten. That said, the nature of the auto transport business made me very nervous. I know Ronnie did the best he could for me, but I only got a transport truck confirmed on the day before I was leaving. Apparently this is a common event, and Ronnie did make me aware it was a possibility, but it was nerve-wracking all the same. So, top marks to Mercury and Ronnie, and a solemn wish that the auto transport field were a bit more predictable.
