Joe Kelly at Mercury Auto Transport was the first to respond to my inquiry about shipping my car from Missoula, MT to Northport, ME. He offered me a fair price and provided updates every day regarding the status of the listing of our car and communication with possible carriers. He answered all my questions promptly and had great customer service. When a carrier was located Joe got the information to me immediately, including the information for the driver and the driver's company. Vlad Degan was the driver for Day in Day Out Auto LLC. He answered my calls right away and was easy to communicate with. And, best of all, he got our car here in record time and in perfect condition.
