I contacted Jake at Mercury Transportation regarding a last minute pick up and delivery. I explained to him a competitor of his promised a pick up on a certain day; however, that was not the case. Jake explained the booking process and located a driver for the pick up and delivery. He remained in constant communication and was very honest and professional from the start.
