Last week, Mercury Auto transported a XC90 Volvo from Sturgeon Bay WI to Gilbert AZ for me. I just wanted to say that I was a very highly satisfied customer with the service from start to finish. I had never shipped a vehicle across country before and the Mercury Agent Drew Rightnour was extremely helpful and honest. Drew explained everything I needed to know about the whole process. I was nervous because there is a lot of negative stories about the vehicle shipping industry and scams, I had done my research online as Drew had recommended and decided to trust Mercury to treat me right. Drew advised me that he would be updating me throughout the process which he did. Once he found a carrier that was willing to transport my vehicle such a distance, he would contact me. The carrier/driver from Copey 's Transport LLC contacted me when they pick up the vehicle and communicated with me an ETA of the car. He was very responsive and delivered the vehicle on time as explained. The vehicle arrived undamaged. I would definitively recommend working with Drew and Mercury Auto Transport and I would use them again in the future.
