Mercury did an awesome job throughout the whole process of shipping my car. I was a little anxious about them finding me a carrier on time, and my car being delivered on time. I needed it to be delivered on the Saturday that I was flying in to my new state. Spencer Thomas was my agent and he was perfect. He was very open about the whole process, reached out to me every couple of days (sometimes each morning at the same time) with an update. He found me a Carrier to pick up my car a day before my first available pick up date. The Carrier did request an extra $125 over what I was quoted, but that’s always a possibility. The Carrier was very nice and professional, she came the same day picked up my car, confirmed what times worked for me for drop off. And delivered my car the day I needed it dropped off. This can be a very nerve wrecking process especially when you’re moving. But honestly these guys are experts and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a transport company. Definitely 10/10, no complaints. They nailed it.
