This was my first time using such a service, and I have to say to all you first timers Mercury Auto Transport is a great company to call. The entire process seems super sketchy, but this is all for real! I had read there were a lot of scammer out there and I was nervous to try this, but it ended up being a great experience. Eric La Gra was the broker I worked with and I have to give him credit. I know I was super frustrating and a pain but he really worked with me, communicated openly and in the end...my car was delivered on the day promised even with the carrier being delayed a day. Pay for services was exactly as contracted with the carrier company. Garcia's Company LLC - Transport Carrier driver was awesome. Once they had my car on the carrier they communicated with me the entire time about arrival time. While I hope I don't need this service in the near future, I would definitely use them again.
