Once I connected with Juan about moving my son's car from Florida to Seattle, everything was smooth sailing from that point on. He explained how the whole process works, and once we agreed to proceed things just took a life of their own. The same day I was contacted with the quote and a driver willing to take the car within the next couple of days. The driver communicated quickly with me, we had the car loaded in no time... and off it went. On the other side, my son was contacted by the driver, he paid w/ Zelle and he got his car. The entire car shipping experience, which seemed so daunting at first, was transparent and easy in the end. I would ship a car with Mercury Auto Transport any day again!
