I would like to express my appreciation for the expertise and professionalism of Angelo Pazos during the shipment of my VW from NY to CO. I had no experience in interstate vehicle transactions and he was patient and thorough while handling all details and making the entire process more expedient than I would have imagined possible. He is a definite asset to Mercury and I will request him specifically if I encounter the same situation again.
