As I was gearing up to move across the country (WA-->VA), I knew that I would not want to drive my car, adding miles to the engine and using up a week of valuable time. My boyfriend had used Mercury Auto Transport last February and had a great experience, so I reached out to Jim Gozde with Mercury, who my boyfriend used last year. My experience with both Jim and my driver, Mikail, was exceptional. First, after submitting my transport request with Jim, I had a driver contact me within an hour. Jim continuously checked in with me and made sure I felt comfortable with the process and was super responsive to texts. My driver Mikail made me feel like my car was in trusted hands, he was super friendly and also responsive to my texts for updates (He also got my car to me in VA a day earlier than expected!!). I would highly recommend both of these parties to anyone that needed auto transport!!
