Angelo Pazos from Mercury Auto Transport communicated with me from Day 1. He first alleviated concerns I had with another transport company's contract by assuring me theirs did not have all of those stipulations. Although the car was picked up a day later than I requested, it still arrived within the 3 days allotted. It was dropped off on a Friday instead of a Thursday. No big deal. Angelo from Mercury stated that there was a two week backlog due to the recent Christmas and New Year's holidays. The only downside was that it was $50.00 more than originally quoted but supply and demand dictate this market. Angelo did ask if I wanted to keep searching and he would seek out transportation at the original price , however, I elected not to. I would consider using Mercury again if the need arises.
