Once you go online and request a quote to ship a car, you are inundated with phone calls and text messages and emails. Charlie Steeves at Mercury sent a nice informative email explaining how this all works, as well as a helpful tip sheet. Charlie kept me informed on a daily basis as to what was happening once my car was posted to the national board. My car was picked up one day after the first available date, and was delivered the next day. The driver that chose my order called me when he was two hours out and we arranged a drop off location. Everything went very smooth. My order came in $150 above the estimate quote, but Charlie's email explained how that could happen. All in all, I am very pleased with this experience. If I ever need a service like this again, I'll be calling Charlie Steeves!
