This was the first time using an auto transporter and I'm glad I chose Mercury Auto Transport! Rob Seebeck was my agent, from our initial consultation he broke down the transport process clearly and concisely on how there services operate which helped me feel more at ease having my vehicle transported for the first time. Rob has excellent communication skills as he provided me with daily updates on the status of my vehicle as he was able to transport it for a fair reasonable price. There were NO surprise fees at all! Throughout the entire process I never felt as though I were being mislead which was reassuring. There was a slight communication issue with the carrier's delivery schedule ( NOT Robs fault) though due to the inconvenience Rob did give me a reduced fee which I appreciated. If I were to ever transport another vehicle Rob Seebeck would be the first person I call and I would recommend Mercury Auto Transport to anyone interested in getting there vehicle transported.
