Mercury did a great job. My problem was with the driver. He changed pick up time then came 4 hours early with no advanced call we had to scramble to get someone to get truck out of shop. Was estimated scheduled drop off was Saturday I call the driver Sunday at 1:30 there was no answer called his boss. he answered and got back to me in about 5 minutes saying it would be Monday 11am to 4pm. He call about 11:30 and said the truck would be here about noon. The truck showed up and all was good. Thanks
