I needed to ship my car from California to Florida and went with Mercury because of the positive reviews and because they didn't ask for the full payment up front. Joshua and team quickly lined up a carrier for a lower rate than I expected and the car was picked up later that day. While delivery was delayed by a couple days due to a mechanical issue with the truck and the carrier wasn't the most communicative (understandable considering how busy trucking companies are right now), I wasn't worried since the carrier wouldn't get paid until they delivered the car and thus had a financial incentive to get the job done ASAP.
