I initially chose Mercury because their web site had a very clear and complete explanation of the brokering process which clarified my expectations as to the service I could expect from a broker. I also liked that they did not charge their fee until the carrier was confirmed and enroute. I was updated daily on progress in finding a carrier, and when one was found who could pick up and deliver early with the shipper and my permission, I was very pleased. Communications with Mercury staff continued until the car was well on its way. Pickup and delivery went without a hitch on both ends. I am very pleased with their service and staff.
