This is my second experience with Ryan Fowler of Mercury Transport for shipping a vehicle. I like how Ryan is up front about explaining how the industry works and what to expect. I was given an estimated pick up and drop off date. My vehicle was picked up on the date provided and then was delivered a day earlier than estimated. I was given a window of time for expected pick up and drop off and a phone call 30 minutes before the driver arrived. If I ever need to ship another vehicle, I will be contacting Mercury Transport.
