My agent was Carlos Robles. He was great at staying in touch and communicating with me at all times about what was happening in the process. Let’s just say I learned a lot about what’s involved in this whole business of getting vehicles from one part of the country to another. The driver who offloaded my new car was very careful, courteous, and a fine young man. I had never shipped a car before so naturally I was concerned. But it was actually pretty much stress free.
