Charlie, the agent has been wonderful in communication by e-mail & phone, the time of pick up was scheduled as per my requirement. The driver Alex also was in contact before pick-up, He tried to pick up the vehicle as per my schedule. He was very friendly. He remained in contact until final delivery was done. Delivery was done within the time given.
I am really happy with their service.
