I have to say I was skeptical about this whole process but took a leap w Spencer at a Mercury and it exceeded my expectations. What a nice surprise these days! Everything that was promised (pick uptime, deliver date, and cost) was spot on. Car arrived as expected no issues. Maybe we were the lucky ones, but I recommend them highly and would use again.
