Great company - sketchy carrier

Kandy and Co. were outstanding in regard to communicating with me. However, the carrier was questionable and caused a decent amount of stress for me. I would give them 5 stars if not for that. Despite the carrier issues, Kandy assured me that she would deal with the carrier so that there would be no conflict on the receiving end. There was not conflict, so "thank you" for that!
