Jim Gozde provided us excellent service in arranging both outbound and return transport of our vehicle. We had a very tight window in which the car could be picked up, and Jim worked hard to understand our requirements in order to meet our needs. Reminders were frequent so we were always aware of the status of our pickup. A representative of Mercury Auto Transport called to make sure everything was timely and satisfactory with both the pickup and delivery. Jim even took the time to understand what our communication preferences were and was responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails. If I were to do this again Jim Godze and Mercury Auto Transport would be my first call. No complaints.
