I was very happy with the process from start to finish! Jim Gozde was very helpful and took care of all my concerns in a timely fashion. He got me set up with a carrier and my car was picked up and then dropped off on the same day. Had only 6 hours to wait! Very good experience all around! Thanks Jim!
