Spencer Thomas was my rep. After I signed up with another company and they failed multiple times to ship my car, I contacted Spencer and he was great. He gave me a realistic estimate of what it would cost to ship my car and then kept me updated for the 5-6 days it took to find a hauler. The truck was great and got the car delivered quickly with no issues. I'm very happy I found Spencer and I would definitely use him again in the future.
