Happy with the service, especially JOE Kelly who is cordial and professional. Communication from the transporter was not so good, however. Mix messages and changed the delivery schedule twice. I realize they are new to the business and English is a second language, however, they need to be instructed that when a customer contacts them they need to respond asap.
