Carlos was very attentive and professional. I had his cell phone number and he would respond in a timely manner. Somehow he was able to contact a driver THE SAME DAY so signed the contract!
The biggest complaint that is seen about brokers seems to be when something goes wrong, so I have no comment from that standpoint, as everything went smoothly.
