Jim Gotten handled my mother's car transport. He was very communicative about the process and was able to get the car shipped in my targeted window. The initial quote was $200 lower than what I planned to spend but I knew going in that the price would most likely go up. Jim made the process very easy to follow. I would definitely work with him again.
