This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had no idea what to expect. Jake Horner walked me through the process and kept in contact with me every day until our car was safely parked with us.
I appreciated that he took the time to send daily updates. We were transporting from one small town to another, so I know it wasn’t easy to find drivers running that particular route. The driver he got us set up with was super quick and professional & got the card delivered ahead of schedule.
If we ever need auto transport in the future, I plan to use Mercury because this was such an overwhelmingly positive first impression.
