This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Naturally, I was nervous and didn’t fully understand the process. Joe Kelly at Mercury provided extensive information and responded promptly to questions. He screened potential drivers for the correct credentials. The driver Joe selected delivered my vehicle in perfect condition a day early. Next time I need to move a vehicle, I will contact Mercury.
