Rachel Nelson was in constant contact as I shipped my Tesla 3 from the Bay Area to San Diego. Edgar the driver had a computer issue so pick up and delivery was delayed a day, but both Edgar and Rachel did an excellent job keeping me and the pick up location completely informed. Everything went very smoothly. I used Mercury because of their top notch ranking, and they earned that position with this shipment.
