A bundle of nerves... that's what I was, getting ready to ship a car for the very first time. Across country from Florida to California with a mid route change to Arizona, was a challenge for anyone, but Mercury made it an easier process than I thought. Not only did they answer my 1,001 questions but my agent Jim Gozde was patient and informative, explaining the process and why they aren't the cheapest, and why I wasn't overpaying. Jim was great with his follow up, and his communication right before and during the transport process was (and is) much appreciated. In the end, everything worked out and I’d use them again.
