I decided to use Mercury Auto Transport to move my sons 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Columbus, Ms to Pioneer, Ca. (Order #2818452). Within an hour of me posting the request Spencer Thomas texted and emailed me. I was in a position to have very flexible pickup and drop off dates and told him that I was looking for the most economical price as opposed to higher price for specific dates. It took about 5 days but he was able to get me a great price and he kept me informed every day as to the pulse of the market. Thank You Spencer, I really appreciate the service. Ashley, the person I worked with in finance was also wonderfull with discussing payment options with me and being flexible during this COVID-19 time period. There was another represenative (I don'y have her name) but she texted me on a few occasions making sure the driver was keeping in contact with me. The driver did a great job at calling 1-2 hours before arrival and drop off and was very professional and friendly. There were no issues noted when we received the Jeep. I beieve this team to be very Customer Satisifaction driven and would definately recommend them to others. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!
