After being bombarded with numbourous transoort companies promising the lowest rate i got an email from Jake Horner. Jake was the only one that included an explanation in his email response on how the transport business works and why I needed a broker. Once I agreed to go with mercury i was literally finished. He handled everyrhing from start to finish. Mercury was on it. Did the transport company call? Did they set up a pickup point? Is everything good? Even contacted me on delivery asking how that went for us. Top notch from start to finish. If I had to do it over I would do exactly the same thing.
