It was my first time shipping a car. I was moving 1000 miles across the country and was looking to ship my Mercedes. With all of the shipping company options I was very overwhelmed but I ultimately chose Mercury because they were straight up & honest, I had a bad experience with another company trying to scam me and my representative Paul reassured me that Mercury was a dependable company. Throughout the process Paul checked in with me everyday giving me updates. My car was picked up a few days after my desired pick up date and arrived at my new home earlier than expected!! Within 2 days I got a call from the truck that they were outside my door. Friends & Brothers Transportation was the trucking company transporting my vehicle and they were great as well. I was so surprised how easy it was once I chose Mercury and I want to thank Paul for being so helpful! Would use this company again or refer to anyone else looking to ship a car.
