First of all I want to commend and thank Roman Franco with Mercury Auto Transport for his remarkable outstanding Customer Service that he showed in helping me transport my vehicle to my nephew. I had intended on transporting my car as of 2/2020 however due to issues most notably COVID along with some financial and scheduling issues, I was not able to transport the car until earlier this month (10/2020). Roman was so nice and always worked with me being patient as well as to offer me some suggestions and solutions that were so helpful. The prices that he quoted and gave me were also reasonable as well. I could not have asked for better service and I recommend to anyone that you please call Roman for your transporting needs as he will definitely go the distance to make sure that your transport goes smoothly and that the rates for you are fair as well There are also no.hidden fees at all as sometimes with other businesses or Transporter Services, some hidden fees will pop up. I will attest that Roman is also a very honest man who will inform you of the Transporting process and what to look out for as well as the do’s and don’ts of the system. Seriously, give Roman a call. You will not be disappointed at all. His expertise and Customer Service is outstanding and I seriously mean that too! :) A HUGE Thumbs up to Mercury Auto Transport but especially to Roman Franco!!! ??????
