I recently had my mother’s car shipped from NH to CA. Jim Gozde was my initial contact person. From my initial inquiry for pricing and information to the final pick up of the car, Jim was always available and helpful. He answered my many questions either via email, texts or direct phone calls. The local carrier, Viva Express, was not as easy to deal with. They were difficult to get in touch with. My car was delayed being shipped due to mechanical troubles to one of their carriers. Jim worked with me to get the answers I needed. I would also like to mention June Carroll who helped me with the final delivery information. She was also a great help. Although my car didn’t ship until a week later than the original date, once it shipped it arrived when promised. Both Jim and June were great to work with!
