20 years of hauling produce and more familiar than I'd like to be with the shipper/broker/driver/receiver dynamic. How it goes right and most of the ways it can go wrong. From first contact via web presence to follow up text after delivery. They crossed the bar with an experienced ease that was greatly appreciated. Communication was clear and complete from start to finish. Delivery was on time and on equipment appropriate for the job. The driver was quick and efficient in difficult conditions and it was billed at the lower third of estimates with no up to the last minute haggling. What more could you ask for? I would not hesitate to use Mercury and to request Jeremy should I need another vehicle shipped.
