I never leave reviews for auto transport and I’ve shipped my car several times and this is the first time using this company and I will continue to use this company for as long as Jay Romero is there! Upon contacting him I explained my situation and at this time I understood with my requirements that I won’t be getting my car anytime soon. Well boy was I mistaken!! Jay had a shipping carrier load my car up the next night after speaking to him! He made sure to keep me a float day or night with updates on my car because if you have ever shipped a car before the likely hood of you speaking to the actual driver is SLIM until they arrive typically ;-) so you kinda hope and pray it’s really on the way. But Jay didn’t mind contacting them for me one bit! My car was transported from Florida to Columbus in 3 days. Sorry so long but if you’re a little sketch on the industry or your first time shipping contact Jay Romero, you won’t be disappointed. It’s stressful enough but he makes literally everything easy and will explain whatever you want as many times as you need to and patience is key to customer service! Good luck guys!
