This is my first time shipping a car. Friends who have told me to be careful about bids and promises. I found Mercury Auto Transport surfing the web. I liked their detailed explanation of the whole shipping process and the things to do and NOT to do. I contacted them and CiCi quickly contacted me for details. She explained the process and she kept in touch while I was exploring other carrier options. She was not pushy at all and yet responded very quickly when I had questions. When the dates were finalized, she was very helpful in finding me a carrier to ship my car. CiCi had given me an estimate of $1050 and we did find a carrier who would do it for about $1200. This is how it works, Mercury is a broker, their quote is only an estimate. The actual bid came close enough for me given the industry. The pickup was arranged easily as was the delivery. Everything went very smoothly, and ABP Logistics were willing to accept payment via Zell. Push the EASY button! I would use both again.
