I decided to use Mercury Auto Transport due to the professionalism of Carlos Robles. He was very helpful in getting approximate rates for both open & closed transport. He sent a lot of pertinent information of sending autos via truck. This allowed me to see insurance problems with open transport. Insurance did not cover damage from road debris on open carriers. On this vehicle, I was able to make the decision to transport enclosed due to the value of the car. He came back quickly with a truck that was able to pick up the car within five days. He sent all driver information including driver name; phone number, insurance, etc. Carlos was very clear on what was expected on both sending and receiving end so there would be no problems at the last moment. Mercury kept up communication throughout the delivery process.
