Needed to send a car across the country and having never shipped a car before, I was nervous. I contacted a couple companies and Mercury Auto Transport was by far the best one. Alex was my contact with Mercury and he answered all of my questions over the phone and email, and made me feel like I was making a confident decision...and I wasn't going to get screwed! Alex communicated everyday regarding transport and kept me in the loop. The transport that picked up the car was also amazing and I was happy with the whole experience. Would definitely use Mercury Auto Transport again!
