Hello, At this point I couldn’t be happier. From the first time I spoke to John, he bent over backwards to meet my impossible timeframe for shipment. As I was on the phone with him he was calling drivers to get someone booked. I was involved every step of the way which made me understand how unreasonably demanding his job is. He originally booked a driver that ended up canceling due to a breakdown. I called John to let him know and at no point did John say, it can’t be done. He did the exact opposite and simply said give me a few minutes and I’ll call you back. Within 30 minutes he called me back and had another driver ready and available. He is truly professional, courteous and he absolutely understands the definition of customer service. He should be commended for his professionalism, excellent communication skills and customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. As far as the driver is concerned, he was on time, polite and professional. He had my vehicle loaded and was on his way in a matter of minutes.
