I worked with Mercury Transport, specifically James Acosta, for the shipment of my vehicle from VA to FL. He was very responsive and kept me updated about whether a carrier had agreed to ship my vehicle. He also sent helpful emails to understand the process. I would definitely work with him again. E also didn’t take any payment until a carrier had actually been found. I had been working with another company and the lady NEVER called back or kept me updated. In fact, I still haven’t heard from that lady and it’s been 2 weeks. During that timeframe, James found a carrier within 2 days! Definitely recommend.
