Bad Service And Lost Key

I paid this company to transport my Ford Crown Vic from Florida to Chicago. They gave the job to a company that gave me conflicting information on when my car will arrive. That company then gave it to another company that started calling a day earlier than the car was supposed to arrive, cussing and threatening with me storage charges if I didn't come to get my car from 50 miles away. The service was supposed to be door-to-door. This 3rd company then handed my car to a local towing company that delivered my car one week late and with the key to the vehicle missing. I have tried to resolve the issues with Joe at Mercury Auto Transport but he just ignores all phone calls and emails.
