Took Order -Horrible Customer Service

Jeff Soloman took order and pick-up was scheduled and cancelled at the last minute. I have asked for the order to be cancelled via email, phone and text and has yet to be cancelled. A deposit was taken at the time of the order and has yet to be refunded. I am now, 2 - 3 months later and I can not get anyone to move my vehicle because Mercury Auto Transport will not cancel the order. I have called many times, but still can get no response from anyone there. This is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with.
